The program Air and Me was created by Victor Hugo Espinosa, who has always been interested in environment and education. He is convinced that, in the medium and long term, educating people from a very early age couldmake a real difference that the planet needs. Therefore, he created in 2009 Air and Me, a totally free tool that would sensitize as many children as possible on air quality issues.
(an association, approved by the French Government, in charge of air quality monitoring on the French Riviera ) quickly joined the project as its main partner.
In 2016, Victor Hugo Espinosa created the Air and Me Federation (Fédération L’Air et Moi) – www.lairetmoi.org, based in Marseille, French Riviera, to coordinate the program’s expension in France and abroad.
